Restored 1890s Queen Anne Victorian mansion located in Old Town Key West, one block from Duval Street and adjacent to the Historic Seaport District. The property features original Dade County pine floors, 12-foot ceilings, and a distinctive turret. Operates as a guest house since 1978. Serves complimentary daily breakfast from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM in the orchid garden courtyard with items including Cuban breakfast sandwiches, quiche, pancakes, and mimosas. The Anne Suite features a 4-poster king bed, sofa, and bathroom with clawfoot slipper soaking tub and glass shower. The Garden Room offers a queen bed with private deck overlooking the garden. The Parlor Suite located on first floor with king 4-poster bed and dual-headed glass shower. All rooms have original Dade County pine floors, private updated bathrooms, and individual mini-split A/C units.
