The property features original Dade County pine floors, 12-foot ceilings, and a distinctive turret. Operates as a guest house since 1978. Seven rooms in a restored Victorian mansion. The Turret Suite includes a king bed, spiral staircase to a second bedroom with double bed in the turret space with seven tall windows. The Anne Suite features a 4-poster king bed, sofa, and bathroom with clawfoot slipper soaking tub and glass shower. The Garden Room offers a queen bed with private deck overlooking the garden. The Parlor Suite located on first floor with king 4-poster bed and dual-headed glass shower. All rooms have original Dade County pine floors, private updated bathrooms, and individual mini-split A/C units.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is central, making it easy to walk to many attractions; however, the noise from Eaton Street can be a bit bothersome at times. The rooms are well-equipped with modern amenities and face the busy street. The service was exceptional, making me feel like part of a big family. The location is ideal, close to all the action but still quiet for a good night's rest. The dining experience was lovely with fresh pastries daily. Overall, a great value for everything offered.

The Artist House is a gem located just off Duval Street, making it easy to access the vibrant area without the noise. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished to match the historic charm of the house. The service provided, especially by Shawn the Housekeeper, is exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. The central location allows for a peaceful retreat within walking distance of all the attractions. The dining experience in the beautiful garden offers a delightful start to the day. While the Parlor Suite can be a bit noisy, the overall atmosphere and staff make up for it. The facilities are well-maintained and add to the overall comfort of the stay.

The Victorian Inn exceeded all my expectations with its spacious rooms and charming atmosphere. The service was fantastic, although I wish they had provided bottled water. The location is ideal, close to everything but still peaceful. The dining experience was delightful with a selection of pastries and mimosas.
